In accordance with New Jersey state law, On the Rocks Hospitality does not sell, provide, or transport alcohol. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased and supplied by the client. We do not hold a liquor license, and operating within these guidelines ensures compliance with state regulations.

That said, we’re happy to help make the process simple: we’ll provide a customized alcohol shopping list based on your guest count and cocktail menu, and we’ll handle all mixing, serving, and setup once on-site.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests or anyone under the legal drinking age (21+) to promote a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Thank you for helping us maintain a responsible and legal service for your event!
